QUALITY INSPECTION PROCEDURES
Self-inspection & First inspection
Upon completion of machining programming, engineers conduct the initial equipment debugging and produce pre-production samples. These samples are then inspected by engineers against drawing specifications, followed by a secondary verification by the QC department to reconfirm measurements, ensuring no quality issues or potential risks before mass production.
Patrol-inspection
During mass production, to prevent any unidentified risks, the QC Department will formulate the inspection plan based on order quantity and product processes. Regular and quantitative inspections are carried out on the production scene to ensure stability throughout the mass manufacturing process.
Final inspection
Final product inspection is performed using professional equipment in strict accordance with customer drawings and requirements. Depending on the order type, AQL sampling standards are rigorously applied to ensure full compliance with customer specifications.
